The pilot boards are on the bench and validating now (build log). The production batch is built to order, so preorders are what size it. No cell plan, no subscription required: photos ride your own radio mesh.

FCC authorization pending. This device has not been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device is not, and may not be, offered for sale or lease, or sold or leased, until authorization is obtained. We only save your card now: delivery is contingent on successful completion of FCC equipment authorization, and if authorization is not obtained your reservation is cancelled and your card is never charged.

  • Assembled camera board, 915 MHz LoRa radio on board
  • Camera module (OV2640) — sees at night, 850 nm IR illuminator included
  • PIR motion sensor + BME280 environment sensor
  • Battery included: tested LiFePO4 cell in a pre-wired, fused harness with temperature sensor
  • Antenna + pigtail, 6V solar panel + wiring
  • Enclosure port + seal kit: pre-cut lens and IR windows, light-seal foam, neutral-cure silicone, vent + desiccant, spare cable gland
  • Pre-flashed, tested, serialized

You add: a microSD card (over 32 GB? reformat it FAT32 first — big cards ship exFAT and the camera can't read that) and the enclosure (we publish the build guide before kits ship). Needs a gateway to reach the internet: the gateway or starter kit below, or run the open-source gateway yourself on any computer with an SX1262 module (guide included) — the tinkerer path needs nothing else.
