Refunds & cancellation

Before your board ships: cancel any time, for any reason. Your card was never charged, so there is nothing to refund. One email to hello@getmeshcam.com does it.
Dead on arrival: a board is dead on arrival if it fails the published first-boot check as it came out of the envelope, before any soldering, wiring, or part substitution. Run the check first; if it fails, email hello@getmeshcam.com and we replace the board, on us. A board that passed first boot and stopped working during or after your build is not dead on arrival.
After delivery: 30 days on boards that are unused and in their original packaging, and on parts still unopened; you cover return shipping. A board you have soldered to, wired into a build, or put in the field is not returnable, and neither is an opened part. That's the founders'-beta deal.
